Vacation Bible School - 2010
Vacation Bible School will be held July 19-23 from 6:30 pm-8:30pm. Classes for ages 4 thru 6th grade will be available. Call the church office to pre-register. (419 542-7927)
Grace: Act II (Free Soup Supper)
Every Tuesday from 5:00 -6:30 PM a free soup supper is served in the Fellowship Hall. The meal is free and everyone is welcome.
Club Grace
Every Wednesday, September -April, a meal is served at 6:00 PM in the fellowship hall. At 6:30 PM the children leave for Chapel Choir practice.The adults remain in the fellowship hall for a time of fellowship. The adult choir (Chancel Choir) meets for practice at 7:15 PM.
April 28 is the last Club Grace for the season. Thank you to all the kitchen workers and a special thanks to Ruth Ann for planning, preparing, and serving the meals for Club Grace. Have a wonderful summer. We will resume meeting in September.
Piecemakers Quilt Group
A group of ladies from Grace Church and the community with a common interest in quilting meet every Thursday evening at 7:00 PM in the church basement. They work together to make quilts for local mission projects. If you like to quilt or want to learn more about quilting, please join us any Thursday evening.
United Methodist Women
The UMW meets in the Fellowship Hall the first Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM. It is an evening of fellowship and a way to get to know others. Light refreshments are provided after a short program and business meeting. Women of all ages are welcome.
United Methodist Men
The UMM meet on the first Sunday of each month for breakfast and a short program. Breakfast is at 8:00 AM and is open to men of all ages.
Youth Group
There is a Youth Group available for 7th - 12th grade. They meet at 6:00 PM on Wednesday and have various outings throughout the year.
Prayer Shawl Ministry (Knitting Group)
Do you like to knit or want to learn how to knit? This is the group for you. The knitters meet weekly in various homes under the direction of Shelly Bauer. Call the church office to learn more. 419 542-7927.
ALTAR-ed Sound (Music Ministry)
ALTAR-ed Sound is a new music ministry that meets every Thursday at 5:00 PM to practice. Anyone with an interest in music is welcome. We are looking for muscians who play guitar, drum, keyboard, and trumpet. If you are a vocalist, we are looking for people who sing new age Christian songs. If you like to harmonize, our adult choir (Chancel Choir) sings a five part split. The choir practices at 7:15 PM every Wednesday evening.
Established groups are also welcome to share their musical message with us.
